Set a minimum and maximum, choose how many numbers you need and generate them. The tool uses your browser's cryptographic random source and avoids the small bias that a simple "multiply and round" method can introduce, so each number in the range is equally likely.
For a giveaway, number your entries, then draw with "No repeats" to pick several different winners. If you need the draw to be verifiable, record a screen capture while you run it.
