Editorial Policy

People rely on ToolxFast to get small jobs done quickly, so we hold the tools and the articles to a simple standard: they should be correct, useful and honest about their limits. This page explains how we work.
How we build and check tools
- Real processing only. Every tool performs an actual calculation or conversion on your input. We do not display invented numbers. That is why you will not find fake keyword volumes, backlink counts or traffic estimates here: those require licensed data we do not have.
- Tested on real input. Before a tool goes live we try it with normal files and awkward ones: very large images, empty fields, unusual characters, invalid JSON, and so on, in desktop and mobile browsers.
- Private by design. Tools run in your browser. If a task ever needs a server, we will say so on the tool page before you use it.
- Honest labels. A tool that uses basic rules instead of artificial intelligence says so, and the limits are explained on its page.
How we write articles and guides
- Articles are written and edited by people who use the tools they write about, with the aim of answering a real question completely rather than reaching a word count.
- We explain steps from practical use, give examples, and say when something is a judgement call.
- We do not publish pages whose only purpose is to attract search traffic, and we do not copy text from other sites. Where we rely on a specification or official documentation, we link to it.
- Tips involving security, privacy or money are kept conservative and point to official sources for anything that matters.
Independence and advertising
Advertising, where shown, is placed by the ad network and kept visually separate from content. Advertisers cannot pay us to change a tool result or the wording of an article, and we do not publish sponsored posts without labelling them clearly as sponsored.
Corrections and updates
Software and search guidelines change. We review popular guides periodically and update them when something is out of date. If you find an error, email support@toolxfast.com with the page address and what is wrong. We aim to check reports promptly and fix confirmed mistakes; significant corrections are noted on the page.
