What to include
- Bug reports: the page address, what you expected, what happened, and your browser and device (for example “Chrome on Android”). A screenshot helps a lot. Please do not send private files; describe the problem instead.
- Tool or topic suggestions: what you are trying to do and which tool you wished existed.
- Corrections: the page and the sentence that is wrong, ideally with a source.
- Privacy or copyright requests: mention “privacy” or “copyright” in the subject so it reaches the right place quickly.

Before you write
Many questions are answered on the individual tool pages (each has a how-to and FAQ section), in our Privacy Policy and in the About page. Please note that we cannot recover files you lost, and we cannot give legal, financial or technical-audit advice.
