These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of ToolxFast at https://www.toolxfast.com/. By visiting the site or using any of its tools you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. What the site offers

ToolxFast provides free online utilities for working with images, PDFs, text, code, colours, SEO metadata and security tasks, together with articles and guides that explain how to use them. Tools run in your browser. We may add, change or remove tools or features at any time without notice.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the site lawfully and respectfully. You must not:

• use the tools to process material you have no right to use, or to infringe anyone’s copyright, privacy or other rights;
• attempt to disrupt, overload, scrape at abusive volume, probe for vulnerabilities in, or gain unauthorised access to the site or its hosting;
• use the tools to create or spread malware, spam, harassment, or any unlawful content;
• copy, resell or republish our articles, interface text or code as your own without permission.

3. Your files and content

You keep all rights to the files and text you process. Because processing happens in your browser, we do not receive or store them (see the Privacy Policy). You are responsible for having the right to use any material you load into a tool and for keeping your own backups. Always keep the original of any file you convert or compress.

4. Accuracy and no professional advice

We try to make the tools correct, but we do not promise that results are error-free or suitable for your purpose. Examples: compressed images lose some quality by design; generated passwords and hashes should be reviewed against your own security requirements; SEO, readability and grammar tools give simple signals, not guarantees of rankings, grades or approval by any third party. 5. Intellectual property

The design, text, articles, graphics and code of the site are owned by or licensed to ToolxFast and protected by copyright. You may link to our pages and quote short excerpts with attribution and a link back. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on the site belong to their owners and are used only to describe compatibility or comparison.

6. Advertising and third-party services

The site may display advertising and may link to third-party sites and services. We do not endorse or control them and are not responsible for their content, products or privacy practices. Your dealings with advertisers or other third parties are solely between you and them.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the site available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may suspend or restrict access for maintenance, security or any other reason.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ToolxFast and the people who run it will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the site or tools. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the site infringes your copyright, email support@toolxfast.com with the page address, a description of the work, and your contact details. We will review the complaint promptly and remove content where appropriate.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The date above shows the latest version. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and any dispute will be subject to the courts of that country, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
